Car was broken into on Sunday and I called on Monday. Since the car is German Bill recommended factory parts which cost a little more but from what I know of my car is best for longevity and the least amount of revisits to get looked at. Anyway they take care of all insurance stuff I paid my deductible and was on my way. Happy my car is whole again. Did I mention they were FAST!!! Oh yeah and the guy who installed it has been there for 30+ yrs. he knows his windows.

I ordered glass for my new furniture dresser, night stands, coffee table, and a tv stand. The glass was stronger than glass I shopped form other locations. The edges of the glass was very even and smooth. There shop was very professional and they had lots to offer. The installer is the owner Harvey and he really knows what he is doing. Many years in business. I recommend them to anyone looking for glass work.

I tried this company for the first time today after receiving referrals from two local merchants. Great service from this family owned business. They guarantee their work, and did a great job repairing the rock chip on my windshield.

I think this is the very best place in Los Angeles to get auto glass. They do great work and they are the nicest people. My car was broken into and the window was shattered. I called many different places out of the phone book. I went with a random company that came out to my house to fix it. I was guaranteed that they would be at my house at a specified time and be done in 45 minutes. They came way late and it took them 2 1/2 hours to put the window in. When they were done the window didn't close all the way & randomly went up & down. My car is a Mercedes and they put in some cheap crappy glass that was wrong and didn't work. I was pretty upset, to say the least. I called the Mercedes dealership and asked them what I should do and they told me that they use National Auto Glass. I called National Auto Glass and they were extremely nice and so helpful and Bill from National Auto Glass reassured me that they could easily fix it. They ordered the right Mercedes glass and had it in a day, as they promised. I brought my car to their shop on La Cienega and they put the right glass in correctly & quickly, and they charged me less than the company that put in the cheap, crappy glass. My window works perfectly now and I am so grateful for the excellent professional service and kindness I received from National Auto Glass.
