Sep 13, 2016Meh. I took my SUV in here for an oil change. They spend half of the time they are changing the oil trying to upsell you on anything and everything. Then, to close things, I asked them to make sure that they topped up the spare tire, which is on the bottom of the car. Since it was installed with the stem up (not accessible from under the car), they asked me to crawl under and take it out and they would fill it up. Um, no. I came here to have my car serviced, not to do the work myself. I won't be going back.
